Lea Michele was just trying to get home from work in the wee hours of Friday morning when she was involved in a car accident on Melrose Ave. Luckily, the 24-year-old's rep reports she was "not injured" in the crash.

"Lea was hit and notified the police," said the rep (via Us magazine). "She was not injured and is fine."
Sources report the Glee star was crashed into by a drunk driver. "A couple of drunk girls hit her, got out of the car, giggled that she was famous, said something like 'are you drunk, too?' Then they drove off," an insider said.
They drove off, but it sounds like the star took appropriate action -- writing down the car's license plate number and calling authorities, according to the same source.
Lea was also in a crash on her way to a Glee audition a long time ago: "For my second audition I got into a massive car wreck, left my crashed car in the street and ran into the audition with cuts and glass in my hair," she said. "And then on the final audition, I had the worst neck ache from the car accident."
