According to Deadline, the Euphoria singer has been asked to host the Fox reality show. Iglesias has no previous experience as a lead presenter, but has been developing an acting career. He has appeared in TV commercials and network shows including Two and a Half Men and How I Met Your Mother over the past few years. The speculation follows rumours that Island Def Jam chairman L.A. Reid has signed up as the show’s first judge.
